Sirlins, Gudis Stencil The Hill

With the traditional stenciling of Loeffler Field completed, Staples soccer is set for the home opener next week (Tuesday, September 22, 3 pm vs. Greenwich).

Seniors Grant Sirlin and Graham Gudis, plus Cliff Sirlin P’16, spent Sunday afternoon carefully adding “Staples” to the base of The Hill. The white letters inspire the Wreckers from across the field — and serve as a reminder to visiting teams that they’re at one of the most legendary high school soccer sites in the country.
