Wreckers Release 2016 Schedule
Get your calendar out now: The 2016 FCIAC soccer schedule is official.
Staples opens its 59th season on Friday, September 9, on the road at Trinity Catholic. The home opener is Monday, September 12, against Danbury, followed 2 days later by another tough home match against Trumbull.
Another tough stretch comes late in the season, with consecutive encounters with Fairfield Ludlowe, Norwalk, Darien, New Canaan, Wilton and Fairfield Warde.
Among the home foes — besides Danbury and Trumbull — are Ridgefield, Norwalk, Darien and Fairfield Warde.
The Wreckers are on the road against a number of difficult opponents, including Greenwich, Fairfield Ludlowe, Norwalk, Darien and Wilton.
There are 2 night games (at Fairfield Ludlowe and Norwalk), and 2 Saturday contests (home against Westhill and New Canaan).
