Ben Douglas, Alex Laskin Named ’22 Captains
Ben Douglas and Alex Laskin have been selected as captains of the 2022 Staples boys soccer team.
Both will be seniors this fall. Douglas is a defender. His brother Jack captained the 2020 squad. Laskin is a midfielder.
Head coach Russell Oost-Lievense says, “Although there were a few great candidates to lead us into next year, it was clear that Ben and Alex were the perfect fit for how we want to kick start the program. Both are leaders in their own way on and off the field, and the coaching staff could not be happier.”
