All boys intending to try out for Staples soccer must register now. The deadline is August 20. Click here to begin the process.
After completing registration, you will receive 6 emails. They’ll confirm that you agreed to the Positive COVID Questionnaire, Code of Conduct, Concussion Education Agreement, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Agreement, Emergency Information Form and Mandatory COVID Waiver Agreement.
A physical exam is necessary to try out. Physicals are valid for 13 months. A completed physical examination form must be on file in the School Health Office, attached to your registration or emailed to sskutnik@westportps.org.
