Loeffler Indoor Tournament Fundraiser Set For December 30
All alumni and current varsity players are invited to the 2017 Loeffler Indoor Tournament: Saturday, December 30 in the Staples fieldhouse.
Players should arrive by 4:45 p.m., for stretching and socializing. Play begins at 5 p.m., with 2 games played simultaneously across the floor.
Parent and friend spectators are warmly welcomed too. “We hope that the midweek date works well this year,” said head coach Dan Woog. “It’s a Saturday, in between Christmas and New Year’s, so there should be a lot of people around. Whether you play every year, or have never been here — we want you! It’s a great, fun time — for a fantastic cause.”
The event is a fundraiser for the Loeffler Scholarship Fund, which each year awards $3,000 to a graduating senior. Players are asked to contribute whatever they wish, before playing.
