Registration For Tryouts Moves Online

Starting today, much of the registration process for players in all grades trying out for Staples soccer can be done online.

The parents’ information form, concussion and sudden cardiac arrest awareness forms, and code of conduct, are all available at this link:  http://shs.westport.k12.ct.us/athletics/. All forms must be submitted before the 1st day of tryouts. Tryouts begin Thursday, August 27.

The physical exam form still goes to the nurse’s office. However, it can be faxed (203-341-1259) or scanned, then emailed (ccook@westport.k12.ct.us). It’s available through the “Sports Physical Form” link, once the online registration process has begun.

All boys planning to try out for soccer this fall should complete their forms as soon as possible.

Questions? Email head coach Dan Woog (dwoog@optonline.net) or athletic secretary Sue Skutnik (sskutnik@westport.k12.ct.us).
