Signups Begin For Watermelon Cup, Super Liga
Registration is open for the Watermelon Cup, the summer 6-v-6 league open to anyone in grades 9 through age 50 or so.
Two games are played each Wednesday at Long Lots School, beginning at 6:15 p.m. The league begins June 26, and runs through August 7. Please sign up only if you are able to commit to more than half the games. To register, email dwoog@optonline.net by June 5.
College-age and older, high-level players who wish to play in the Super Liga should also sign up for that league. It begins June 24, and runs through August 5. Games are played Monday evenings, beginning at 6:15. With Wakeman turf being renovated this summer, games will be played at Jinny Parker Field (the field hockey field) at Staples High School.
