Wreckers Announce 2019 Schedule
The FCIAC has announced its 2019 regular season schedule. The Wreckers open on Friday, September 13 at Central High School in Bridgeport. The 16-game slate ends Monday, October 28 at home against Wilton.
All told, there are 7 home matches, and 9 away. (Usually it’s 8 and 8 — however, last year Darien graciously agreed to play their home match at Loeffler Field, for the Wreckers’ 60th anniversary celebration).
Fans will enjoy 3 straight home Saturday matches. Fairfield Ludlowe, Stamford and St. Joseph are the opponents.
The full schedule is below. Home matches begin at 4 p.m. Times have not been set for away games.
PS: If you’re planning ahead, tryouts begin on Thursday, August 29.
