Wreckers Hit The 6 a.m. Fitness Center

Captains Diego Alanis and Jack Scott have taken charge of the 2013 team in a strong way.

In an effort to add strength, agility — and commitment — to next year’s squad, the 2 juniors organized optional workout sessions in the Staples Fitness Center.

From 6 to 7 a.m.

Players already note greater strength and confidence, on and off the ball.

An added benefit: They say they’re more alert in school, too.
