Monserrat won its 1st match of the season — and it was a stunner. The last place side topped league-leading USA 5-3 in the 2nd match tonight, proof — if anyone needs it — that in the Watermelon Cup, anything can happen. Holland was the lone double winner, surging from 5th place into 4th — the magic spot for semifinal qualification. Denmark slipped one point behind. The seedings will be determined next Wednesday — the final week of regular season play. The semis and finals are played the week after next.
