Staples Soccer Mourns Doug Dryburgh ’87

Doug Dryburgh ’87 died on Saturday. He was 52, and had battled a rare form of spinal cancer for 3 years. Though partially paralyzed and in great pain, he never lost his spirit or his smile.

Doug worked as a lead consultant at Infosys. He lived in Beaverton, Oregon with his wife and 3 children: Nikko (14 years old), Abigail (8) and Grant (3). He is also survived by his parents, Doug and Jeanette.

Doug graduated from Regis University, majoring in international business and religious studies. He earned an MBA from Northeastern University. He spoke French, Japanese, Spanish — and of course the international language of soccer.
