Philip Dalmage ’83 Named Head Of Illinois Human Rights Commission

Philip Dalmage ’83 is the new executive director of the Illinois Human Rights Commission.

The 2-time state and FCIAC champion was appointed to the post by Governor Bruce Rauner. Dalmage is a former chief administrative law judge at the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (IDCFS). Most recently he worked as a practicing attorney dealing with civil and family cases, including abuse and neglect. He holds a B.A. from Marquette University, and a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School.
